What services do you provide?

Our office provides evaluation and medical management for adult and geriatric patients. Some of the mental health areas we frequently treat include but not are limited to: anxiety, behavioral issues, bipolar disorder, depression, dementia, grief, medical management, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), psychosis, schizofrenia, stress-related mental health issues, substance use disorder, suicidal ideation and more.

We do not do evaluations for reinstatement of FOID cards. 

Do you accept new patients?

Yes, we accept patients who are 18+ years old.

Do you accept children as patients?

No, patients must be 18+ years old. We do not provide pediatric psychiatry services.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we do not accept walk-in appointments. Please call our office at 815.588.3900 to schedule an appointment.

What insurance plans do you take?

We take most large commercial plans, like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Cigna, Medicare with and without most Medicare supplement plans, and select Medicare Advantage Plans. Check out our Insurance page for more information.

Do you accept patients whose insurance plan isn’t accepted by your office?

Yes, we accept self-pay for patients without insurance, with insurance that we do not accept, or where we are out of network.

Do you provide telehealth services?

Yes, telehealth services are available, but new patients are required to come in person for the first visit, and all patients are required to come in person for a visit once a year.

Is your office ADA accessible?

Yes, our office location is on the ground floor and ADA accessible.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, there is a parking lot onsite.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept credit card, check and cash payments for copays, coinsurances, and balances.
